Thank you so much for wanting to host a dinner party for Growing Hope!
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at info@growinghope.org,uk or 07519 965200
Click the link below to download a PDF with all the information you need to host your dinner – click the link for the specific charity/clinic that you’d like to raise funds for. (The pack includes a QR Code to help your guests donate easily online).
This year, we’re sharing a recipe card for a delicious North African couscous dish for you to try. Laetitia, Ibrahim’s mum, says it’s one of his favourite meals!
You can also download some fun party game ideas, which include an icebreaker question, a challenge and a quiz game!
Included in the hosting pack is a QR code for you to show / print out so that guests can easily give directly to the charity / clinic you choose to support. If people aren’t able to donate on the day then do feel free to follow up afterwards with them. If guests aren’t in a position to donate that is totally OK – we’d encourage them to sign up to our newsletter to stay in touch.
We receive financial support from a variety of funding sources including trust funds, grant-making organisations and individual givers. In 2020, around 40% of our income came from individual donors and events like ‘Hosting for Hope’. One-off donations and regular giving are a crucial aspect of making our local clinics financially sustainable and ensuring that children can access the therapy they urgently need.
Do keep in mind that your guests may well either have a child with additional needs or know someone else who does. Confidential referrals for free therapy at one of our clinics can be made on our website HERE.
Growing Hope’s therapy services provide assessment, followed by six-week blocks of intervention where appropriate. Our current therapy services include occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech & language therapy, music therapy and children’s counselling (services can vary by clinic).
Growing Hope provides free therapy for children with additional needs. Our clinics are set up in partnership with local churches – everything we do is to grow hope for children, hope for families and hope in Jesus.
Can’t donate right now? Why not sign up to our email newsletter and stay up to date with all the work of Growing Hope – you can subscribe HERE.

We grow hope for families through the provision of groups for parents, carers and siblings which give them the opportunity to connect with each other and share their experiences.
We also aim to grow hope in Jesus – we offer to pray for every family and support them to access their local church community if they would like to. Please note our services are open to all individuals regardless of their background or beliefs.
Growing Hope was launched with our King’s Cross clinic in 2017 – we now run three clinics (with another launching soon) and have a vision to see 20 similar clinics set up across the country by 2030.
