Steve Ford (Chair) –  Now retired, Steve has enjoyed a distinguished career which included CEO roles at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and Parkinson’s UK. Previously Steve worked in a number of general management and CEO roles in the NHS. Steve is a member of Tonbridge Baptist Church where he has had a number of volunteering and leadership roles. He is passionate about the role that local churches can play in supporting the local community and is excited by the role that Growing Hope plays in developing this.

Richard Beasley – Richard is founder and CEO of an award-winning, International Marketing Agency. Married, with one son, he can often been found praying and skiing…mixing his two passions together.

Bambi French – Bambi is wife, mum of one and special needs teacher to many!  When she was 15 years old, Bambi was diagnosed with a degenerative eye condition called Stargardts Disease.  Over the years, her level of vision has deteriorated and even though the challenges of sight loss have on many occasions caused her to want to give up, a combination of her Christian faith, determination and support from those closest to her, she has been able to achieve more than she ever thought would be possible. In response to this need, Bambi is building a coaching practice and is the host of The She is a VIP Podcast,  where the central mission is to help visually impaired women and girls embrace all that they are, discover their purpose and make an impact in the lives of others.

Joojo Keyi – Joojo is passionate about the church’s active involvement in the reduction of health inequalities within local communities and has actively been involved in such projects. He has a wealth of experience supporting the recovery of individuals within prisons and local communities across the UK struggling with drug and alcohol addictions. He currently works as the regional apprenticeship lead within a national organisation that supports the reduction of disparities and health inequalities in local communities.

Paul Nye – Paul is a chartered accountant and he has had a number of senior roles within the accountancy profession and in commerce. Most recently he worked as Finance Director for a charitable trust, where he was responsible for all the financial aspects of thirty academies. Paul has also acted as a Chair of Governors and he is a National Leader of Governance.

Rebecca MacDonald – Rebecca has twenty five years experience in commercial roles in the energy industry, primarily in renewable energy. Rebecca is a mother of two boys, one of whom is autistic, and lives in West London where is an active member of her local church.

Bethan Palmer – Bethan serves as Head of Business Development for a UK charity that supports families and children to flourish. Her work focuses on building partnerships and creating opportunities that help communities to thrive. She is passionate about seeing the Church play its part in serving local needs and enjoys seeing churches and civic organisations partner together to see transformation in the local community.
