Join the Growing Hope York team

Growing Hope York is recruiting for two exciting roles as we continue to develop our clinic in partnership with Holy Trinity Church, Heworth.

Growing Hope provides free therapy for children and young people with additional needs, alongside support for their families, in partnership with local churches across the UK. We aim to grow hope for children, hope for families and hope in Jesus.

We are looking for a Clinic Manager and a Therapist to join the Growing Hope York team. These roles will suit people who are creative, compassionate and committed to Growing Hope’s vision and values.

The Clinic Manager will provide leadership for Growing Hope York, overseeing the day-to-day running of the clinic, supporting service development and fundraising, working closely with trustees, and helping to champion accessibility within the partnership church.

The Therapist will work as part of the Growing Hope York team to provide free therapy for children and young people with a wide range of additional needs. This may include 1:1 and group therapy, family support, goal-setting, assessment and collaboration with the wider clinic and church team.
