Free therapy for children with additional needs
Growing Hope Sevenoaks is recruiting for an experienced, innovative and highly motivated Clinic Manager to lead the launch and development of our new clinic in partnership with Hope Church Sevenoaks.
Growing Hope champions accessibility and provides free therapy for children and young people with additional needs, in partnership with local churches across the UK. We aim to grow hope for children, hope for families and hope in Jesus.
The Clinic Manager will provide leadership for Growing Hope Sevenoaks, overseeing the day-to-day running of the clinic, service development, fundraising and accessibility within the partnership church. This role will suit someone with therapeutic experience working alongside families of children with additional needs, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
The successful candidate will become part of the Hope Church Sevenoaks staff team, receiving pastoral support and working on a Sunday to help children and families experience belonging.
Hours: Part time, 30 hours per week / 0.8 FTE
Salary: £35,200 pro rata, based on £44,000 full-time equivalent
Location: Hybrid, including clinic/church-based working and some working from home
