Join the Growing Hope Redbridge team

Growing Hope Redbridge is recruiting for two exciting roles as we continue to provide free therapy for children and young people with additional needs, and support for their families, in partnership with All Saints’ Woodford Wells.

We are looking for a Clinic Manager and a Therapist to help lead and deliver the work of the Redbridge clinic. These roles will suit people who are creative, compassionate and committed to Growing Hope’s vision to grow hope for children, hope for families and hope in Jesus.

The Clinic Manager will provide leadership for Growing Hope Redbridge, overseeing the day-to-day running of the clinic, supporting service development and fundraising, working closely with the local trustees, and helping to champion accessibility within the partnership church.

The Therapist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide free, evidence-based therapy for children and young people with a wide range of additional needs. This may include 1:1 work, group therapy, family support, training and collaboration with the wider clinic and church team. This role is suitable for therapists of all disciplines.

Both roles are based at Growing Hope Redbridge, All Saints’ Woodford Wells, and offer a meaningful opportunity to be part of a growing charity making a real difference for children, young people and families.

If you think these might be the right role for you, we’d love to hear from you.
