Growing Hope Sevenoaks is a registered charity: number 1219045. Growing Hope therapists are all members of a professional board and receive regular clinical supervision. We take the safety and wellbeing of all children really seriously – you can read our latest safeguarding policy here. Each year we complete an annual report which gives details of the impact that we have had in the lives of children and young people with additional needs.

Rachel has a background in primary and SEND education and enjoys serving in the children’s ministry at her church. She loves finding creative ways to help every child feel welcomed, included and able to belong.
Rachel is passionate about Growing Hope’s mission to equip children and young people with the support and tools they need to thrive and live with hope.
She is married, a proud mum to four grown-up children and is looking forward to becoming a grandparent. She also shares her home with five cats.
Thomas has been an active member of his local church for more than 12 years and has a strong passion for faith, community and children’s work.
Alongside this, he brings extensive experience from senior finance roles within growing businesses. He is committed to stewarding resources wisely to support flourishing communities and make a lasting Kingdom impact.
Thomas is married and has three children.
Gemma has worked in education for more than 20 years and is passionate about seeing every child thrive and experience the fullness of life God intends for them.
She believes that speech and language therapy, alongside strong and supportive communities, can play a vital role in helping children and families flourish.
Gemma is married to Ian, and together they have three children. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, walking and playing games together.
Evan brings 30 years of experience in commercial leadership, software product development and technology investment. He has also served as a non-executive director for a number of start-up businesses.
Evan spent six years serving on school governing boards, including time as Chair, and brings valuable experience in leadership, governance and strategic development.
He is married to Jenny, and together they have three sons. They are active members of Hope Church in Sevenoaks.
