Graham Alcock (Chair) – Graham was a teacher and school leader for 37 years, always with a heart for children with additional needs and challenges, most recently as an Executive Headteacher and School Improvement Lead in Special Schools. He currently has a leadership role in his local church in Ipswich. Having taken early retirement, he is hugely excited to share in the development of a much-needed Growing Hope clinic for children and families in Ipswich.

Jeremy Watt – As a father of a disabled child with significant learning disabilities Jeremy has a lived experience of the challenges facing parents of children with additional needs. Jeremy is incredibly passionate about supporting families struggling to navigate what can be a complex system. He is driven by a deep commitment for inclusion and advocacy for families. Combining this personal passion with extensive business and managerial expertise, Jeremy is now helping to establish a thriving clinic in Ipswich.

Sarah Hall – Having worked as a community midwife for over 15 years, Sarah saw the needs of so many families including the complex needs that Growing Hope are aiming to reach with the new clinic. Sarah has experience of the practicalities of running clinics in the community setting. As an ordained minister in the Church of England, Sarah sees daily how God can make a real difference in the lives of families.

Rachel Nightingale – Rachel has been a primary school teacher for over thirty years with a focus on supporting children with additional needs. Rachel is also very involved in supporting individuals (children and adults), their families and those working with them in schools, churches, workplaces, etc. in order to fulfill her passion to see every person be released to be the person that God has created them to be. Rachel is a member of her local church in Ipswich but also travels extensively throughout Europe supporting churches in many ways, including supporting individuals and families living with neurodiversity. Rachel is so passionate about the work of Growing Hope and is excited to see many families supported through the clinics that are set up.
