We’re recruiting a Clinic Manager at Growing Hope Maidstone!

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated person to lead our Maidstone clinic, working in partnership with St Luke’s Church.

The role combines clinical work with leadership, service development and fundraising, helping us provide free therapy for children and young people with additional needs and support for their families.

The successful candidate will also help champion accessibility within the partnership church, supporting children and families to feel welcomed and included.

Location: St Luke’s Church, Maidstone
Hours: 30 or 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £44,000–£46,000 full-time equivalent, dependent on experience

We’re looking for someone with therapeutic experience working with children and families, strong leadership skills and a commitment to Growing Hope’s vision.
